Personalized and custom-made pieces
As these are unique pieces created especially for you, they cannot be returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transport.

Non-personalized pieces
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return them in perfect, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective pieces
Write to us at info@isabelgantiles.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage and the packaging. We will find the best solution as soon as possible.
