All pieces are hand-painted to order. We require several business days for production before shipping. We will confirm the timeline when you place your order.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide: Spain, Europe, and other countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Packaging
Each tile is individually wrapped with special ceramic protection to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect condition.

Did your order arrive damaged?
Write to us at info@isabelgantiles.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage and the packaging. We will find the best solution as soon as possible.
